As founder, Rebecca has built and led SASH’s mission since 2005. With a background in social work and senior care, she is passionate about delivering exceptional, personalized service to every SASH client, and supporting the sterling SASH team!

Andrea offers her clients a wide breadth of real estate skills. With over 20 years’ experience, Andrea guides clients with residential sales, but also with equestrian property, acreage, development property, and home renovations.

Deborah is an experienced real estate professional who brings a wide range of skills and talents to her position as Transaction Coordinator at SASH! With her warm smile and keen eye for details, Deb provides support to the SASH Team, oversees transaction compliance, and helps make the SASH office a great place.

With years of experience in both customer service and real estate, Veronica is outstanding at tuning into the needs of her clients, and going the extra mile for them in every step of the buying or selling journey. Veronica is also bilingual (English/Spanish).

SASH renovates many of our clients’ homes to help them sell at higher market values. Damien brings 35+ years of construction experience and expertise to his management of SASH renovations, from cosmetic updates to full remodels.
