Deborah Boston brings a wealth of real estate experience to her work at SASH Realty. Drawing from a diverse range of positions held over her career, Deborah lends her sharp eye to ensure that every SASH Realty transaction is closed with complete compliance and contract excellence. 

Deb, as many know her, began her professional career in banking. This moved into mortgage lending, and Deb found natural abilities in overseeing financials and documents. Following this, Deb began work in title and escrow, gaining valuable experience in the detailed work of closing transactions. She gained her real estate license, and worked for many years as a courtesy signer, meeting buyers and sellers to go over the important step of signing closing documents.

Additionally, Deborah worked as a Transaction Coordinator for various well known real estate firms, supporting a high volume of real estate brokers’ work through the dozens of steps in a closing process.

As a licensed broker with paralegal training and years of high-volume work in real estate, Deborah’s keen eye towards real estate contracts means that SASH Realty brokers have outstanding support in the office in every phase of their transactions. Brokers rely on her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and deep domain knowledge in the real estate industry. Deb brings her beautiful smile, positive attitude, and can-do spirit to each day of work in the SASH office.

Deb is also a real estate investor, and a longtime resident of the beautiful Northwest. When Deb is not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and enjoying music.
