SASH Client Service Managers are Realtors® who are specially trained to provide SASH’s home sale services to clients. As a CSM, you can serve buyers and sellers of all ages, generating income from all types of real estate transactions. You are also able to offer SASH’s specialized home sale services, not found at any other brokerage.
As a SASH Client Service Manager, you’ll enjoy:

At this time, SASH does not offer health benefits, but we provide guidance and support for Team members to obtain coverage for their optimum health and wellness.
It is not necessary to already have a real estate license to apply to become a SASH Client Service Manager.However, it will be a required step to obtain a Washington State real estate license prior to beginning work at SASH, as this is a professional real estate position. More important than a candidate’s real estate knowledge is their character, work ethic, people skills, and desire to build a successful real estate career. A strong candidate for a SASH Client Service Manager is:
Self-driven and self-motivated to build their own success
A people-person, who enjoys serving and helping others
A person of integrity: trustworthy, honest, and compassionate
Able to follow systems, checklists, and formal steps in transaction work
Interested in being part of a supportive and positive Team of professionals
An eager student, who will get up the learning curve quickly
Willing to commit at least 3 – 4 years to the position
Able to work in a commission only position

SASH Client Service Managers and SASH Realty brokers all receive compensation in the form of commission on closed sales. There is no monthly or yearly base pay or salary.
While it may take time to adjust to a commission based compensation structure from a set salary, once a transaction pipeline begins to fill up, the pay can be far greater than a salaried position. SASH CSMs and SASH Realty brokers have no ceiling on their yearly compensation, and enjoy the freedom of earning as much as they want to.

SASH serves the following counties in Washington State: Whatcom, Skagit, San Juan, Island, Snohomish, King, Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap, Mason, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, and Clallam. If you live in any of these counties, we have areas available where you could market your real estate services and serve clients.
All of our CSMs and brokers serve clients in a wide area, and are not limited geographically in their real estate services. However, we find that it is easier to provide top quality service when one lives within a reasonable drive of clients’ homes.
Over SASH’s 17 years of service, we have found that our clients’ needs have often extended our areas of service beyond the counties listed above. Contact us to learn more about beginning a SASH career in your area!
